Cathy and Connie

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CATHY AND CONNIE!!!

I hope you both have a very happy birthday. Connie, can you believe you are 60 on Friday the 13th!! Really, the 13th is a great day for a birthday.

We are all doing fine. Harvest is progressing, slowly but it is progressing. I need to get to work as the phone keeps someone busy most of the time.

Love all of you. And again, happy birthday Cathy and Connie.

Love,
Eileen

Thanks, Eileen. Feels great to be 39 . . . again! Tim is taking me to Conklin's Dinner Theater tonight for a Christmas musical. Tomorrow I am having lunch with Aunts Mary and Alice. This is interesting. I met a lady a couple weeks ago, totally random, and when I said I was a Hohulin, she said she lived in a house where a Hohulin family lived for 40 years. I asked what Hohulin family. She said she didn't know, but they had a bicycle shop in the basement. Sound familiar? I e-mailed her a copy of the Caterpillar Folks article from 1951 about the Hohulins' Hobby. So long story short, we're all having lunch tomorrow at Marie's in Washington. Should be fun. Sunday our 3 girls and families are coming for dinner at our new restaurant in town, Miner's Dream. I told Ethne afterwards we're going to watch some old movies of when her mom was 7 years old and climbed way up in a tree. (Ethne has a longing to climb the tree in her back yard, but not quite tall enough to reach the bottom branch. I told her maybe when she's seven.) So I'm looking forward to a fun weekend.

What is everyone doing for Thanksgiving? Amy is on call for a crisis hotline on Wed-Thurs-Fri, so she has to stay at her apartment. She is having all of us on Friday for Thanksgiving. I'm sure she will have turkey, mashed potatoes/gravy, pumpkin pie, etc. Right, Amy???

Hope everyone is doing well and avoiding the swine flu.

Love to all,
Cathy
