Dear Famoly,
Just to let you lknow that my house has been sold to Jake and Betsy Zimmerman. They called me frm the real estate office yesterday and wanted to close at a sooner date than we had planned. It will probably be either the 3rd or 5th of November if they can get the loan through that fast. I am real excited about it and they are to. They have twins about 9 months old. They are going to Hawaii for a vacation with the Braker family and wanted to have this done before they go. They only looked at it once and decided that it was what they wanted. Great News!!!
Ditto! We are so happy that there will be a family with children in the "home place". We are also grateful that this burden will be lifted.
